So I have a few demands for My boys to make them better men, for some this might seem a bit overwhelming but they are getting eased into it so it becomes a lifestyle not a task. Some of it is just basic but even basic things are forgotten sometimes.

1) Learn something new every day.

2) Do something good every day.

3) Treat all the women around you with respect, open the doors, call your mother, bring them coffee etc.

4) Make sure you look the best every day, shave, groom your beard, use some kind of
perfume,brush your hair and put on some decent clothes. The way you look is a reflection on Me.

5) Train every day, even if it only means taking a 1 hour walk.

6) Write down 5 things that you are grateful for every day.

7) Stay on top of your goals and work on your 5 year plan.

8) Find a role model and study them, Henry Ford, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Will Smith, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, John Assaraf, Bob Proctor etc.

9) Read at least one book per month. A few of My recommendations: Uniquely Rika, Around her Finger, At Her beck and call, The alchemist, The monk who sold his Ferrari, Illusions, The Secret, Chicken soup for the soul series, The 4 hour work week etc.

10) Follow the rule of 5. Put 5 things on your list and and don't put anything new on the list until you have crossed something off.

11) Meditate every day. There are guided meditations for free on Youtube.

12) Learn and follow the Golden hour. You will find some info about this on Youtube.

13) Watch at least 1 documentary per week. And tell Me about it.

14) Learn a new skill every 3-6 months and learn it well. Don't be mediocre.

15) Always come up with new creative ways of expressing your love and gratitude you feel towards Me.

16) Learn how to write correctly, use words and not letters when you text! U, C, R  W8 are letters and numbers, not words.

17) Tithing, save a 10th of your salary away every month, it is a bill like your rent and that money are not to be spent.

18) Engage in some kind of  local charity a few times a month. Soup kitchens, shelters,animal rescue etc or at least set up a monthly donation schedule.

19) Write down your thoughts every day in an online journal.

20) Give Me a monthly example of something you feel would make you a better man.

A new year and a new beginning.

So last night I was home by Myself,  of course the Royal Cats where present. I made the most delicious meal and I enjoyed it so much.
